How many bags can I purchase at one time?
Orders are limited to ONE bag, per color, per size, per day. This means you can order ONE of each size on a single color drop day.

How are your products sized?
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS are unisex.

What is Bag Security Program (BSP)?
This is a limited-time event where you can pre-order any color, size, and quantity of our bags. Once your order is placed we CAN NOT accept any changes or cancelations whatsoever. Orders ship between 10-25 months after the date your order was placed. For more info please review the terms of the program.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. paypal.

Shipping

Can I pick up my items from the warehouse?
Orders cannot be picked up from our warehouse. Our warehouse is not open to the public for any reason and only authorized personnel are allowed.

Can I change my address?
If you need to change your address, please reach out to us as soon as you can. Orders are processed immediately but we will do our best to assist.If your order has already been processed there is nothing we can do and you will have to contact the courier for further assistance.

Can I change my address to another country?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We can only ship to P.O. boxes in the United States.

When is my order shipping?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped – this excludes weekends and holidays. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it before it ships?
We begin processing orders immediately in order to ship as quickly as possible. At this time, we cannot change any orders once they are placed.We recommend repurchasing the product you are interested in, while separately processing a return.

I need my order soon, do you offer priority shipping?
No, we can only accommodate standard shipping.

I’m sending this order as a gift, do you provide gift receipts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping services or any special handling at this time.

My package never arrived, what do I do?
Please email us if your package hasn’t arrived after two days from when it was marked delivered.

Why do I have to sign an affidavit?
We need this document to properly file a claim on your behalf. If yourorder is lost, we have to report it to the shipping courier. By signing and returning the affidavit you are confirming the details of your lost package.

Are you shipping packages with Signature Required?
Due to updated COVID policies, Signature Required can no longer be enforced by the courier. In light of this, our packages are no longer sent with this option. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to make sure you don’t miss your delivery.

I returned an item, when can I expect my refund?
Your refund will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects your return. Our inspection process can take up to 14 days after being RECEIVED.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your cancelation. Once an order is placed, it is processed and our fulfillment team begins shipping right away. Even though you don’t have a tracking number, our warehouse has already started— all in an effort to get your order to you as fast as possible.Eligible items can be returned once received. Why was my order canceled?
We begin processing orders immediately in order to ship as quickly as possible. Any orders with missing information will be canceled as we are unable to process the order without the missing information. Please Contact Us so we can investigate further.

What are the Shopping Bags made of?
Our faux leather is a polyester/polyurethane blend. The decision to make our iconic Shopping Bag from faux leather was guided by our desire to create an affordable product that fosters community and a sense of belonging through accessibility rather than through the exclusivity created by the high prices typical of luxury handbags.

My bag arrived folded and there’s a crease in the back and sides because of it, what do I do?
Our bags are folded and shipped flat which causes the crease; this is by design, as the original reference is a typical shopping bag. The material the bags are made from is very resilient and after a few weeks of regular use, the crease goes away completely.If you want to keep the crease, store your bag folded flat the way it arrived, or if you prefer to get rid of the crease you can stuff your bag and hang it from a clothes hanger.

What are the care instructions for my Shopping Bag?
Please see our care instructions below: Clean with cool water and gentle diluted detergent — Avoid using strong detergents that could bleach or damage the PU. Avoid using any heat sources on the bag and use a soft white cloth to gently remove any marks. Do not wash in a machine, tumble dry, or bleach. Do not dry clean.

Occasionally, dye from clothing or other dark-colored bags can transfer onto light-colored bags due to friction, heat, or humidity. This happens because the dye in the dark-colored item has not been properly released or sealed. This effect may vary depending on the material and dye used on these other items. To prevent this issue, please avoid wearing lightly-colored items in direct contact with dark-colored items, especially if the dark-colored items are made of materials that are known to transfer color easily, such as denim.

Do you offer repair or cleaning services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair services for our products. If your bag is damaged from normal wear/use, we suggest taking it to a repair shop that specializes in accessories like bags and shoes. Make sure to mention that the bag is faux leather and show them the content label on the inside of the bag just in case they use any harsh chemicals that can damage the material.

What are the care instructions for my Logo Belt?
To clean the buckle, use a microfiber cloth to buff out any scuffs/scratches. Please note: Utilizing any chemical compound may strip away the protective coating from the buckle and may cause it to tarnish over time. To clean the faux leather, clean with cool water and gentle diluted detergent — Avoid using strong detergents that could bleach or damage the PU. Avoid using any heat sources on the bag and use a soft white cloth to gently remove any marks. Do not wash in a machine, tumble dry, or bleach.
